An Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to establish a Code of Criminal Procedure for the State of Texas, approved August 26th, , and to repeal certain portions thereof. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That Article of the above named Code, be so amended as to hereafter read as follows 3rd. Dedicated to Excellence in Texas Banking Section (a) of the Texas Finance Code (Finance Code) provides that a money transmission license holder may conduct business through an authorized delegate (AD).1 Finance Code Section (b) sets out requirements that the license holder must satisfy before it.

(c) If prior approval of the banking commissioner is required under this section, an application in the form required by the banking commissioner must be filed with the banking commissioner. The banking commissioner shall investigate the condition of the purchaser and seller and may require the submission of additional information as considered.
